This site is provided as a service to our clients. Please review the following basic rules that govern the use of this website. Please note that signing up with Bagmadness.com/Etasico LLC institutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up and use this website. Any use of this site still binds you to the terms. Bagmadness.com may revise this Agreement at any given time, we advise our customers to visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use. Bagmadness.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Use of the site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase from BagMadness.com, you may return it within 15 days of the shipping date. EXCHANG: BagMadness.com accepts exchanges for FREE when notified by email within 3 days of receving the item. Customer pays for all involved shipping charges. Exchanged items are based on availability at the time of shipping. BagMadness.com can't hold any item for exchange due to its unique style selection and fast turn around. All exchanged items are subject to the policy listed below. BagMadness.com Charges 20% re-stocking fee and non-refundable shipping charge within 15 days of receiving your order. All customers have to notify us by email within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise has to be mailed within 7 days of your email notification/RMA. Refunds are issued based on the condition upon receiving the bag as follows: Unused Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging. Returns will be returned to you if the bag exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, cards, attached tags and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. A restocking fee will be deducted from your total as listed below. Defective Merchandise: Returns for Manufacturer defects will be accepted for replacement only. Please note, we don't issue money back to your account in this case except for the shipping charge. Non-Designer Name Brand Handbags: You have 15 days to notify us for a free replacement. If the bag is Unused as listed above, you'll get a free replacement and credit for shipping it in the amount you paid us for shipping back to us. If the bag is used and you send it back with the papers, dust cover, etc., We'll replace it for free. Otherwise, we have to deal with based on an individual basis. Designer Name Brand Handbags: Galian, Nicole Lee, Urban Expressions, Chocolate New York, Melie Bianco, Genuine Leather, Cee Klein and Any Item Discount 30% OFF or less, BagMadness.com will replace the bag for free. You have 7 days to notify us in case the item is defective. We will issue a full credit in the amount you paid in addition to the shipping cost to send it back to us (we only pay what we charged the first time). If we can no longer provide the same style or color, a gift certificate will be issued to use in our store. All original packaging and materials including boxes, cards, attached tags, dust cover must be returned with your merchandise whether the bag is defective or not. If the bag has been used or any of the original items are missing, we will issue store credit only in the amount of bag. Incorrect Merchandise: Please contact us via e-mail if within 7 days, if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong color, or style than what you ordered. Bagmadness.com takes full responsibility for such an error including paying all shipping charges involved (compensation is limited to the amuont we charged you.) ******** SALES ON ALL PRODUCTS MARKED 40% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL - NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED EXCEPT IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. - Any item that is not in its original condition the way we shipped it even if it's defective, that's damaged, or is missing material or unattached parts such as tags, nylon bag (torn off), wrapping paper, dust cover or the bag is not nicely wrapped the you you've received it: a deduction up to 50% of item's price and non-refundable shipping charge. Or, Trendy Handbaz has the right to refuse the item and return it back to the buyer. This is based on individual bases.
Color Shades Variation: Efforts have been made to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our site. All the pictures listed on our store are provided by the original dealer/manufacture with permission to use. Trendy HandbagZ doesn't alter or change any aspects to list the pictures. Please keep in mind monitors will play an effect of the colors you see. Also, other sellers can add more pictures to any product being sold which might be slightly off color than ours. BagMadness.com can't be held responsible in case of the slight shade difference between the listed pictures online and when you receive it. BagMadness.com is responsible when you receive a completely different color than you ordered. For example, you ordered Red and you got Blue. TO GET YOUR FULL MONEY BACK IN CASE OF A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT OR IF WE SENT THE WRONG BAG, PLEASE UNPACK YOUR BAG BY CUTTING THE TAPE AND NOT BY TARING THE WRAPPING PAPER OFF. WHEN YOU SHIP ANY ITEM BACK TO US, WE APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT TO FOLD THE BAG NICELY IN THE SAME WAY YOU'VE RECEIVED IT. - Any refused, unclaimed, un-deliverable or returned merchandise due to the customer's error, without RMA number similar are subject to 35% re-stocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bagmadness.com with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, oral, written, or electronic, between you and Bagmadness.com with respect to this site. This agreement is strictly enforeced and Bagmadness.com has the right to hire a collection agency in case the customer is in breach of this agreement. The customer will pay any legal fees if he/she is in breach of this agreement. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held invalid or unenforceable, those provisions shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
